Savo-Solar Plc’s stock option plan 2-2015 has expired

The subscription period in Savo-Solar Plc’s stock option plan 2-2015 was on 5 – 21 October 2016. No shares were subscribed against the warrants and the stock option plan has expired. The warrants are no longer traded in the First North and they have been excluded from the Euroclear book-entry system.

The warrants were issued free of charge to subscribers in the company’s rights issue on 27 November – 15 December 2015.  The subscription price per share was EUR 0.88 or SEK 8.44.
